Ritz Carlton will return to Sydney

The gaming giant Star Entertainment Group has applied to the Planning Department of New South Wales (Australia) for the construction of a 61-story tower hotel. Thus, the famous brand Ritz Carlton can return to Sydney after 10 years.

The new casino resort will fully comply with the structure of The Star Sydney. It will support the new international conference center of Sydney, will help connect the Darling Harbor area with the fish market in Sydney and the city project Bays Precinct.

FJMT will design and implement the tower design. It will feature 220 improved rooms, managed by the Ritz Carlton, and 200 apartments.

On the territory of the facility will operate 15 restaurants and bars, Sky lobby, roof terrace on the building. The new resort will offer guests three swimming pools, two fitness centers, a spa, a wellness center and a five-level center for large-scale events.
