Playtech and Swiss Casinos will open joint online casino

Swiss Casinos, the largest casino operator in Switzerland, has signed a partnership agreement with Playtech, a leading game development company based in the Isle of Man, to launch an online casino.

Thus, the Swiss market will launch the first online gaming offer in January 2019, which will operate without foreign operators.

According to recent Swiss legislation, only land-based casino operators will be eligible to receive a license to launch online gambling projects from January.

Chief operating officer of Playtech, Shimon Acad, added that his company gladly joined the project of the leading Swiss brand.
