Cyprus issues a new license for gambling machines

The gambling commission issued a certificate to Azure to supply and operate activities related to gambling machines.

Azure Gaming America announced that the National Commission of Cyprus on supervision of gaming and casinos granted it a certificate allowing to make deliveries and conduct activities related to slot machines in the territory of the Cyprus casino resort and its branches.

The certificate issued on May 15 will provide the company with an opportunity to expand its activities in the European market. Moreover, the Greek commission on gambling approved the company's activities as a supplier of slot machines in the territory of the country.

"These jurisdictions offer us delicious opportunities. While the gambling market in Greece, aimed at issuing new licenses, already has a solid reputation, for the Republic of Cyprus this is the first time," said David Mitchell (director of business development in Europe of Azure Gaming Company).

Cyprus is preparing to become the most popular place among fans of gambling on the whole continent, and City of Dreams Mediterranean - the largest casino in Europe. The complex will be opened in 2021.
